Don't have a problem with Anet ctaching these guys and banning them as well. Doesn't change my stance on all the guilty who were recently caught and correctly punished.

Think logically for one second: ArenaNet, can (not that they want to) at anytime, create billions of Guild Wars in game gold, for purpose of selling it to its players at their own delight/desire through the online store.

Same here I click on a signpost clear across the zone then press spacebar to auto run to the exit. So, just because someone uses a signpost doesn't mean they are a bot.

JIC anyone is wondering, Anet's super top secret method of detecting bots is just 1 packet in the GW.dat that checks to see if you are injected. Thus would explain why some people using forms of KSmod or Texmod were banned. And why all those RL money botters wern't.

Also, that's the reason the number of accounts banned seems so low. The 3700 banned were, for the most part with ofc some exceptions, individual people, and not just a few people running large numbers of accounts. There are thousands of accounts running right now farming money to be sold for real money.

Why would Chinese gold farmers spend their time in GW when they could be making much, much more money in WoW?
